USG Durock™ Brand Genius™ Flooring Adhesive is IN STOCK and ready to ship to the jobsite. This premium, solvent-free, and pressure-sensitive flooring adhesive can be used on all grades of concrete, metal, wood, fiberglass, and Wood Association-approved wood underlayment and subflooring. Genius™ Flooring Adhesive’s formulation was engineered to aid with the installation of various types of carpet tiles, non-patterned broadloom, sheet vinyl, resilient (LVT, LVP, VCT), and sport flooring, making it a versatile flooring solution for any project.
Safe for use in confined areas, Genius™ Flooring Adhesive comes ready to use from the pail, installs easily, and offers superior troweling properties. The superior performance of Genius™ makes it an ideal solution for bonding floor coverings in high substrate moisture applications. This adhesive can tolerate up to 99% relative humidity (RH), up to 10 lbs. of moisture vapor emissions rate (MVER), and pH levels up to 12.
