We are pleased to share our 2021 Diversity & Inclusion Report, titled Building A Culture of Belonging.
Since establishing diversity as a core value more than 20 years ago, we have made significant progress in creating a culture with more diverse backgrounds, experiences, thoughts and ideas. We believe that diversity strengthens USG by making us more innovative, building stronger relationships with our partners and fostering a more engaged workforce.
