RYAN FLANAGAN

Ryan Flanagan is chief financial officer and senior vice president of USG Corporation. In this role, Flanagan is responsible for the strategy and vision of USG’s corporate finance, accounting and treasury functions.
Flanagan has 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting and investor relations. He joined USG in 2013 as assistant corporate controller and has held progressively responsible roles within the finance organization.
Prior to USG, Flanagan served as a senior manager at the global accounting and consultancy firm KPMG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in accounting from the Ohio State University, an MBA from Northwestern University, and is an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified public accountant.
He lives in Chicago with his wife and three children, where he is active in local philanthropic organizations and coaches youth baseball.
