Christopher R. Griffin
President and
Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Griffin is a proven thought leader with more than 35 years’ experience in the construction and building materials industries. He began his career as a drywall installer with a small, family owned company, and now, as CEO of USG, he leads the company’s overall strategy to accelerate growth, improve customer-centricity and achieve operational excellence. Griffin is a member of the Board of Directors of Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity and Make-A-Wish Illinois.
Christopher Macey

President, Gypsum
Chris Macey is responsible for the strategic direction, business growth, P&L performance and new product development of USG’s drywall and surfaces business units. He joined USG in 2006 and has held leadership roles in the company’s Canadian, Mexican and Latin American businesses, as well as the Ceilings division. Macey is also a youth hockey coach in Ontario, Canada and has lent his expertise to The Home Depot Canada’s Advisory Committee for The Home Depot Foundation.
Diane Earll

President, Ceilings Division
Diane Earll leads the Ceilings Division, with responsibility for USG’s ceilings portfolio. Earll joined USG in 1992 and has held a wide variety of leadership roles with the company, from leading the Customer Service Center to serving as Director of Retail Sales. She is a board member of United Way of Metropolitan Chicago’s Leadership Giving Circle and of the Home Improvement Research Institute.
Ryan Flanagan

Chief Financial Officer
Ryan Flanagan is responsible for the strategy and vision of USG’s corporate finance, accounting and treasury functions. He has 20 years’ experience in finance, accounting and investor relations and is a certified public accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree in accounting from the Ohio State University, an MBA from Northwestern University, and is an alumnus of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Chicago with his family.
Steve Youngblut

General Manager, Canada
Steve Youngblut is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and profitability and growth of USG in Canada. Youngblut joined USG in 2000, and has held progressive leadership roles within its Canadian business organization over more than 20 years. Youngblut has served as a supplier representative on The Home Depot Canada’s advisory committee for The Home Depot Foundation.
Fernando Fernandez
General Manager, USG Mexico and Latin America
Fernando Fernandez is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and profitability and growth of USG in Mexico and Latin America. Fernandez has more than 25 years of expertise in marketing, sales, strategy and the construction industry. Under his leadership, USG Mexico has been recognized four consecutive years as a Socially Responsible Company by the Mexican Center of Philanthropy.
Srinivas Veeramasuneni

Dr. Srinivas Veeramasuneni is responsible USG’s technology vision, strategy, and investment, driving the company’s competitive advantage and profitability through collaboration, technology, and customer-centric innovation. Dr. Veeramasuneni holds 12 U.S. patents, has published nearly 25 papers in building science-related journals and has held executive positions in the ASTM International standards organization.

Georgia L. Vlamis

Georgia L. Vlamis is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, USG Corporation. In this role, she leads the company’s litigation, antitrust, compliance and intellectual property functions.
Vlamis joined USG in 2020 and has 35 years of corporate legal experience in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, patent litigation, corporate compliance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Brian Tauke

Brian Tauke leads USG’s internal corporate strategy department and is responsible for industry analysis, corporate strategy development, merger and acquisition evaluation, and capital allocation. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries including management consulting, information technology and pharmaceuticals. Tauke holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He and his family live in Evanston, Ill.
